Machine is rated at up to 300bpm and can handle round, square and oblong bottles. 

Comes with an integrated bulk hopper/elevator with cleated belt, 48” diameter bottle bowl with rotary wiper and bottle feeder, discharge conveyor, dual side gripping belts, and carrier belts for bottle placement onto conveyor. 

Maximum container size:  6” diameter x 12” high.  Includes integrated controls for supply hopper, rotary wiper, rotary feeder, discharge/feeder and carrier belts speeds. 

Electrics:  1/60/110 volts.48 in diameter unscrambling disc fed by integrated bottle feeder with hopper.

The system is engineered to guide bottles to an Uprighting Hook, securely aligning them for correct positioning onto Pacing Belts.
