The system features a 36-inch diameter bowl bottle sorter coupled with a cap elevator, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.Stainless steel floor-level bottle hopper-elevator, measuring 28 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 54 inches in depth. It is equipped with a 12-inch wide hopper cleated belt, with cleats spaced 12 inches on center, enhancing the sorting process by maintaining a steady flow of bottles

The unscrambling process moves from the bowl to an uprighting hook and then to a pacing belt discharge, and knock down rollers to the air cleaning option of the bottles.
