XGC-100 automatic quill capper

Used Automatic Inline Quill Capper.

Model XGC – 100, manufactured by ABCD Pack Ltd.

  Specifications:  Cap size: 35mm to 80mm diameter.  Bottle diameter: 20mm to 100mm.  Bottle size (H):  50mm to 280mm.  Speeds:  up to 100 bpm.  This is 6 spindle capper with a single gripper belt assembly, top mounted rotary cap bowl, integrated controls for bowl speed, spindle and belt speed, on/off and emergency stop buttons.  Machine sits on an enclosed stainless steel base.  Electrics:  3/60/220 volts
